It's NOT advised to fix things in HijackThis without supervision of someone who has experience with HijackThis. It's a powerful program, but dangerous when you haven't got any experience with it.

HijackThis doesn't display the wrong things only, but the good things too. So you really need to know how to deal with the program.

If you want help with your malware-removal, there are several forums where you can ask for help with HijackThis-logs.

well if you can watch this web page, means you can probably surf the net, get a USB flash driver on another computer, and download this file. also watch this video. the user name is exids and search up manual delete of viruses and spyware

The Best way is just to backup your files, like photos, Videos but DONT copy Programs (.exe) virus could be there. Then go to a Computer shop and Ask them to Wipe the Hard Drive and Reinstall Windows, Should be Around £60.00
