i hate spysherrif i lost everything on my computer because of it and couldn't download any anti spyware software because it blocked the internet

For everyone saying this is fake, It's not. spyware is purposely faking people out to think normal issues are occurring. It's the spyware that's faking you our not the video.
I can tell you that this shit has been going on for years and should be no surprise at all. In fact, this video is from 2006.

This video might have only been made by McAfee so you would get SiteAdvisor and upgrade it

actually you can prevent it from beginging. when the spyware begingng to sack you pc first thing you do is stop them from uploading file to ur pc. when it happan acheive task manager and shutdown all page on the screan by turn off all internet explorer exe when it still not too late (only 10 ~ 40 second for you to do it. or it will be too late.)
PS: i'm not saying that's a perfect solution but best thing you can is to avoid any website that you dont know. also dont go to porn web too.
